Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) of Black Cumin (Nigella sativa) Seed Oil at breakfast with fruit juice (preferably pure orange juice). For insomnia, try 1 teaspoon Black Cumin (Nigella sativa) Seed Oil with a glass of warm milk and honey or mix into tea. The volatile oils are fully extracted and the most important constituents are:

A Palmatic acid B. Stearic acid C. Oleic Acid D. Linoleic Acid G. Ecosadeinoic Acid

Directions for use: Adults: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (5mL) daily with meals. Do not exceed 15(mL) daily. Children over 3 years old: 1/4 teaspoon daily or as recommended by a health care professional. Dilute or mix with food or drinks. Do not take undiluted. Warning: Black Cumin (Nigella sativa) Seed Oil is not to be used during pregnancy and not to be given to children under 3 years old.
